Return Policy We want you to be 100% satisfied with you purchase at LilyMar.com. If you are not completely satisfied with an item we will refund your money. The item must be returned to Lily Jewelry from the Hills of Jerusalem within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We are willing to except returns past the 30 day limit (but no latter then 60 days) however such returns will incur a 50% restocking fee. Please email lily@LilyMar.com with the word ‘return’ and your full name in the subject line for return authorization. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. |
